Scott Santos
CFO/Partner
Scott Santos, CFO and Partner, has been a “car guy” his whole life. While attending Lenape High School, Scott bought his first car - a Mustang GT. After graduation, he went on to get his bachelors degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University. Scott finds the challenges of being a small business owner rewarding, and enjoys working with customers, students and employees. In fact, Scott is the owner of Advantage Auto Service, sister company to the Advantage Driving School.
When he’s not driving cars and trucks, Scott’s passion is cycling. An avid cyclist, he is currently in training to compete in triathalons. Scott currently resides in Delran, NJ

Mike Jamison
Supervising Instructor/Partner
Mike Jamison, Supervising Instructor and Partner, was originally from Pennsauken, but has been a long time resident of Cinnaminson. A driving instructor for over 15 years, Mike has logged thousands of hours behind the wheel with students. Mike has a true passion for teaching, and places a special emphasis on defensive driving. According to Mike, he is rewarded by seeing an inexperienced student transform into a confident driver.
Mike trades in four-wheels for two, as a Harley Davidson enthusiast. He also plays drums.

Bob Gloeser
Driving Instructor
Bob came to us in 2022 after driving professionally. He is a lifelong resident of our area with experience teaching mathematics at various grade levels in Camden county and Burlington county schools and also in foreign language document analysis. Bob combines defensive driving directions with the basic beginning driving instruction. His calm and patient teaching methods work well for new drivers of all ages and backgrounds, turning them into safe and confident drivers. He lives in Cherry Hill and enjoys solving puzzles, walking, and reading in his spare time.
Joanne Gilchrist
Driving Instructor
Joanne is originally from Willingboro. A natural born teacher, Joanne got her first taste of instruction while working in law enforcement where she taught a variety of programs, from self-defense to defensive driving. After leaving the police department, Joanne went on to teach report writing, field investigation and patrolling at an amusement park. Later, she became an instructor at a truck driving school. Since retiring, Joannne has put her teaching skills to good use as an Advantage Driving School instructor. Her hobbies include crocheting, golfing and walking with her two dogs.

Betsy Link
Driving Instructor
Betsy Link is our newest driving instructor. When she's not behind the wheel, Betsy is a teacher with the Lumberton school district. She currently lives in Roebling. She is also an avid cyclist.

Celeste Murray
Driving Instructor
Celeste has been an instructor with Advantage Driving School since 2011. Her experience includes teaching at the elementary and middle school levels. Celeste currently teaches pre-school in Moorestown. A resident of Mt. Laurel, Celeste spends her down time reading, walking, watching movies and doing crossword puzzles. Celeste enjoys spending time with family and freinds, and she is a supporter of the Special Olympics.
Favorite car: Reliable Hondas
David Carpenter
Customer Service
David has been the friendly phone voice of Advantage for over a year. He provides information and sets ups appointments for instructors and clients. He also works with our sister company, Advantage Auto Service. David has a degree in Criminal Justice from Rowan University. In his free time, Dave enjoys running. He currently lives in Medford NJ.
